Success stories often start unexpectedly. Thus began Manto's journey on Saudingos Autotransportas. Back in 2015, he started his career as a truck driver, but little did he know where it would take him.
As the company's transport capacity increased, so did the need for managers. It was then that Mantas received a career offer, prompted by colleagues who saw in him the potential to be not only a driver, but also a great manager. He took up the post in 2017 and has been in it for almost six years.
A sense of responsibility, discipline, the courage to make his own decisions and a remarkable ability to adapt to challenges - all these qualities have pushed him forward.
Manto's journey is proof that amazing opportunities often come from unexpected beginnings. He reminds us that commitment, the courage to embrace change and the attentiveness to opportunities are the keys to success, no matter where it starts.
