Darya shares her journey as an international driver on social media.
"It's being surrounded by different people, different nationalities, but also having the opportunity to be alone with yourself and your thoughts. Enjoying the beauty of the cities, seeing them through the window of your car." - says Darya.
Darja Saudinga values communication and mutual understanding in road transport, which is the basis for the professional relationship between drivers and managers. There is no room for unfounded accusations or micromanagement - just a shared commitment to success and prosperity.
"I can say for my boss that he is just an example of an ideal manager. I really like the clarity of the tasks and the adequate understanding of loading/unloading situations, the absence of unfounded accusations. The quick response to the situation and the joint solution. I know that I can call at any time, get help, and no one will be left with a problem at the weekend. I really appreciate the moral support in unpleasant situations. I also have a lot of respect for my supervisor, so that there are no pointless texts and calls asking "where are you, what are you doing, why is it taking so long, why aren't we going, why did we wait for 50 minutes instead of 46". I got the assignment, I accepted it, I counted my RTOs and went to do it." - says Darya.
